Christmas day is almost over here in Northern Utah. It's been another wonderful day with our family, near and far. Thank goodness for technology! I hope each of you had just the kind of Christmas you hoped for. I even got to take a nap this afternoon - it doesn't get much better than that! Each year we play a silly game. For the last few years, it's been the Saran-Wrap ball game. If you've never heard of it, check this out. We make it a little tougher by making the older family members wear gloves while they unwrap the saran wrap....and I don't put cash in the middle - it's filled with little treats and gifts like matchbox cars, nail polish, cute notepad and lots of different kinds of candies. BIG BAGS - lol, you can get a LOT of stuff in a saran wrap ball!. The last couple of years, I have added goofy socks to the ball - here are pics of some of our grandkids modeling them this year. Lol, Tressie, the unhappy girl in the front in the first photo wasn't very pleased with me when I told her they were chicken legs and not T-Rex legs *grin* It gave us a good laugh :) |
