I love this time of year. I love the music, the friendly "hello's" on the street, the magical feel of this time of year...oh and yes, I love the chocolates. I used to spend the whole month of December dipping chocolates and making all sorts of goodies. But, since my kids have all left home and my daughters make lots of goodies, I have cut way back. I still make Caramels, Fudge, Toffee and a couple of other goodies to put on plates for our neighbors, so I haven't completely lost my touch :) I wish I could give each of you a plate of goodies to thank you for following my designs all these years. I couldn't do this without you! But, since I can't deliver a plate to each of you, I'll just eat a caramel and think of how much I appreciate you - I know...I'm thoughtful like that ;) I hope that you have a wonderful Christmas spent with the people you love!
