I•Heart•U - a Collab Kit with Charlize Creations!

Winnie Wang of Charlize Creations has been guesting at PBP this month. She asked me to do a collab with her, and can I just say how GLAD I am that I did? I have had a blast getting to know her and designing with her. Winnie is sooooo funny, kind and just one of the most genuine people around. Needless to say I loved working with her!

You'll find this collab in her shop during her stay at PBP. So, be sure to check it out and grab it while it's on sale. We have a FWP offer going...if you buy The Bundle, you get my fun little Add On Frames, Doodles & Journaling Bubbles.  Enjoy!

Congrats to AMANDA TULLIS - she was the lucky scrapper who won the I•Heart•U Kit in my Facebook Drawing! Lol....and she didn't read about the win until AFTER she bought the kit. Now how's THAT for a devoted fan! Thanks Amanda....you know I'll get even with you!

You all know how AMAZING my Creative Team is. Well, they've done it again! They really ROCKED this kit...and this is only a sampling of the layouts they created. Be sure to go to the Gallery at PBP & leave them some lovin' on these gorgeous projects!

Lol, so go buy them so I can come in FIRST (yes, I know...that was shameless, wasn't it? *grin*)

Pheeewwwww...that's a lot of graphics. IF you stuck with me this far.....THANK YOU! I really appreciate all of you who "follow" my designs & do such a great job of digi scrapping them.  Enjoy!

She has a kit called "It's Spring Somewhere!" in THE PICKLE BARREL...and it is beautiful! The amazingly talented Julie/Mother Bear (who happens to be on both of our CT's) created these gorgeous quick pages using Sheri's new kit. Download & Enjoy! Thanks Sheri & Julie!

Here's a little SNEAK PEEK of a collab kit that I did with Winnie Wang of Charlize Creations. This has been so much fun to work on with her....head over to my Facebook Page & leave a comment for a chance to win it!

...and finally, a big CONGRATS goes out to my dear friend and CT Member MaryRuth Francks and her sweet family. Baby Jack made his arrival last week...what a sweet little bundle! Don't ya just want to kiss those chubby little cheeks?

New Designs, New FREEBIES & a SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!

So far, 2012 is getting off to a pretty productive start! I have a new set of designs to share with you this week called Time4Reflection. This is the 8th kit in my Time4Me Series.....where did the time go. Seems like just yesterday that I started this series. Ok, so maybe not yesterday, but wow, time is FLYING by!

When the New Year rolls around, we start thinking about setting goals. This gorgeous kit is perfect for documenting your goals, plans and dreams! It is filled with 18 beautiful papers and over 100 elements, and although it was designed around a “New Year, New You” type of theme, it’s really perfect for almost any theme you can think of. The elements are very versatile and will keep you in scrapping supplies for ages!

I posted a sneak peek of this kit on my Facebook Page a few days ago, and asked you to leave comments to enter into a drawing to  win my new kit. The winners from the Facebook thread are

Deana Blevins &
Megan Pawlik

Congrats ladies, please email me at fayettedesigns@comcast.net to claim your prizes! Btw...just a reminder for future contests, be sure to SHARE my Facebook Post, coz if your name is draw as the winner, and you've shared the post, your prize will be bumped up from The Dig-Ette-al Kit to THE WHOLE BUNDLE. Hey...that's worth a couple of mouse clicks, isn't it? *grin*

As you all know, MY CREATIVE TEAM ROCKS! I got this kit to them with about 24 hours to spare. I know....thoughtful, huh? These ladies really stepped up to the plate and created some of the most gorgeous layouts I've seen. I can't thank them enough. And, since we're on the subject of CT members...I want to let everyone know that MaryRuth will be taking maternity leave for a few weeks now. She's expecting a baby any time now. I can hardly wait to hear that she's holding a sweet new bundle in her arms.  Scrappychic (Sam) is also going to take a few weeks off. Hey, I'm the first to know that life kind of gets in the way of what we really want to be doing sometimes. So anyway, I just wanted to let you know why you won't be seeing many layouts from MR & Sam for a few weeks.

Now...be inspired by these layouts. I know I was!  Be sure to leave some loving comments for these gorgeous layouts when you click the links!

Last but not least (don't I always say that *grin*) I have TWO fabulous freebies for you. I decided to take some time to actually PLAY with my designs the other night and came up with this layout using my BIGwords. Lucky you...I decided to give it to all of my wonderful fans/customers/friends...minus the picture of my grandson, of course :)

When I start designing a kit, I end up making several things that don't make it into the final kit. Not because I don't like them, but usually because I've overdone it with a certain color or pattern. SO....rather than keeping them to myself, I decided to share these papers with you this time. I hope you enjoy these "extra" papers for Time4Reflection. Ya know, a girl can NEVER have too many digi papers *grin*

Keeping you in STITCHES for TIme4Traditions!

I have to admit, I was in a HUGE RUSH to get my Time4Traditions designs released. After I sent them to my CT, one of my CT members, Joanna Ellis requested some stitches to match the ColorPop Papers. I didn't have time to get them done before the main release, so...that's what I released this week - a rainbow of blanket stitches that you'll want to use for every digi project you do! *Note* The stitches are NOT included in The Bundle!

Save 25% on the Stitches (and all of the other Time4Traditions Designs) for a limited time!

Here's a little inspiration for you using the Time4Traditions Designs (before I added the stitches *grin*)

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

Better late than never, huh? Seems like life was soooo busy right up until the time we sat down with the family for our annual Christmas Eve Dinner, that I didn't get a Merry Christmas post made!

We had our three kids and six grandkids here for dinner on Christmas Eve, and then we enjoyed a big slumber party. Christmas morning was lots of fun, watching the kids see what Santa brought...then we enjoyed a beautiful Christmas service at Church. I just love it when Christmas falls on Sunday, and we get to go to church and sing Christmas hymns. Lol, I'm not sure the grandkids were as excited about it as I was, but hey, they were so good, and they knew that they'd enjoy opening more gifts when we got home.

I've taken two days off of work, and have thoroughly enjoyed it (well, I guess I really took three days off, but Saturday I was cooking all day long, so that's WORK!) Yesterday we just enjoyed relaxing with the family. I have to tell you that if you haven't tried the x-box kinect, you really need to. We loved playing it...especially Dance Central. What a riot (lol, and yes, we are HORRIBLE dancers, but we had fun!) Minute to Win It was fun too, but ermmmm...I was pretty bad at it!

I'm one of those crazy people that went shopping today...but hey, my neighbor & sibling gifts are all done for next year! (I picked up this habit from my good friend, Annette Ward....I'd blame her, but I LOVE getting this stuff done now & not having to worry about it next year! So, thanks Annette!)

When I got home, I started on a little project....I'm redoing a room in the house and making it into my new office...busy stripping wall paper tonight. Then it's the dreaded decision time...I need to decide what color to paint it! I'm open to suggestions!

I hope that you all enjoyed a wonderful Christmas, and that the New Year brings happiness and peace to you and your loved ones. I appreciate each one of you that keep up with my designs, and help me continue making a living doing something that I love so much!

Happy New Year - Let's make 2012 the best year yet!

SAVE on Time4Traditions - my newest release in my Time4Me Series!

All families have fun, crazy and very special traditions that they enjoy. I asked you what some of your favorite traditions were, and my Time4Traditions Kit is the result! Traditions are what make our families unique, and create the memories that will stay with us for a lifetime. Time4Traditions is filled with LOTS of gorgeous papers (48 to be exact). I did a base set of black and white papers, and then a great set of "Color Pop" papers that you can use to fit your theme and add lots of personality to your projects. I kept most of the embellishments in this kit simple black line art, so that your photos will remain the focus. Have fun and be creative with this set.

If you're a fan of My Memories Suite Software, you've probably noticed that I FINALLY got caught up with adding my kits to the shop there. My entire ColorFIX Series, Time4Gratitude AND Christmas with Mr. Claus Kits are live in the MyMemories Shop....so head over and check them out. Lol...I'm too lazy/busy to post all of the images, so I'll just put one image up with a link to my main shop. Enjoy!
